Friday afternoon was kind of a fun day for the kids at school. I took my class outside for some pictures, and then they got to go upstairs to see a cow's heart and lungs dissected. They had a blast (most of them) feeling the different parts.
What a bunch of goofballs.
Kaatje showing the kids the heart and lungs.
When I showed this boy this picture he said, "I was just so astonished!"
Hi Heather! I follow your blog via Lynsey's website. I like the look on the girls face next to Kaatje. It's as if she's trying to see Kaatje's reaction - which in the picture looks as if she's a little shocked/disgusted!! At any rate, would you tell Kaatje that I said Hello.
Also, I saw in Bob's most recent letter that they are looking for more teachers! That's exciting and must mean the ranch is growing again!
Hi Heather, I've enjoyed reading your blog. It had been awhile since I had checked it out. Glad to see you got a 4X4 and sure glad no one (but the deer) was hurt in the mishap. In the skiing pictures that you have posted, were the tall white columns snow covered trees? They are so dense that I wasn't sure what they were. Enjoy your time there! I envy you all the adventures you are having. XOXO Aunt Janice
